Conditions

Deposits:
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking. School Groups are required to pay a different deposit at time of booking.

Balance:
Balance is due one calendar month prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within one month of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of booking without notice. Dishonoured cheques incur a fee of $30.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
Deposits will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $155 if more than three
calendar months notice is given. If less than three calendar month’s notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited. No refund is due if, for any reason, you choose to shorten your stay.

Credit Card Bond:
A credit card bond is required on all bookings. The bond will be applied to all damage, breakages or loss to the property and/or furniture, furnishings, lock and key replacements or late call outs. The bond will also be applied to any additional cost of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good clean order and condition. A credit card number will be required.

Travel insurance is strongly suggested.
